World Brigade Of Buckets

See the building burning,
And watch the people flee,
"Come and help to save this place",
But some just let it be.

Buckets filled with water,
We pass them hand to hand,
A small brigade of buckets,
Together we will stand.

See the people starving,
And watch them as they die,
"Come and help to save the lost",
But some don't even try.

Buckets filled with rations,
We pass them 'round the earth,
A small brigade of buckets,
But doing what it's worth.

See the nations fighting,
We worry and we cry,
"We just want to live in peace",
For no one wants to die.

Buckets filled with promise,
As people lead the way,
A small brigade of buckets,
As nations start to pray.

A World Brigade of Buckets,
As we all do our part,
Though we may never finish,
At least we made a start.
