Too Much To Drink

You think I’ve had too much to drink?
Well, that is your opinion,
'Cause I don’t think that I have even started.
You think that you can run around,
And I won’t even notice,
Then come back home
And pick up where we parted.

Well, sister, I’ve got news for you,
That isn’t how it’s working,
You left this house,
Now you have made your bed.
Go back to him, away from me,
If that is how you want it,
'Cause from now on I’ll think of me instead.

It didn’t have to be this way,
But it was your decision.
I trusted you and look at where it got,
So from now on just stay away,
And leave me to my drinking,
And I’ll decide what’s too much,
And what’s not.
