She's Here Today

Our little girl turned two years old today,
Oh, how she's grown,
How time has flown,
I sit here as I watch her laugh and play,
So much unknown,
From God on loan.

A little angel, cute as she can be,
I see her grin,
And melt within,
This little girl is everything to me,
The prize, the win,
Of Tanna Lynn.

Two years are past, another's on the way,
I'm feeling blessed,
And so impressed,
I sit here as I watch her laugh and play,
She is the best,
By love possessed.

Our God has given us a little gift,
She's here to stay,
And light the day,
Another year will pass; it's very swift,
But that's okay,
She's here today.
