Our Children

We worry for our children, and
We worry every day,
That once they finally leave our home,
That they will find their way.

I know we shouldn't worry, but
Instead we need to pray,
For God our Heavenly Father said
He'd lead them day by day.

Lord give us faith to trust in You,
And hear Your words to heed,
You love our children as we do,
And want them to succeed.

So now we place them in Your hands,
And know You will be there,
Forever watching over them,
And of Your mercies share.
