My Little Baby Girl

A sweet expression on her face,
Her fingers, toes, all in their place,
A perfect picture of God's grace,
My little baby girl.

Her wrinkled furl, her pouty lips,
Her face could launch a thousand ships,
Her smile could sun and moon eclipse,
My little baby girl.

A little squeal, a little cry,
I speak a whisper in reply,
It's not a moment I could buy,
My little baby girl.

My little treasure from above,
I give my heart and give my love,
Her name is Shayla, little dove,
My little baby girl.
