The curse of
always longing for,
To be somebody else,
When you're not happy who you are,
Of being just yourself.
The days
of always wishing for,
That you could be like them,
The ones who cannot ever lose,
The ones who always win.
The
moments always dreaming of,
That everything would change,
You wish and hope your life away,
But all things stay the same.
It's such
a waste of motion, and
It's such a waste of time,
To live your life through someone else,
It really is a crime.
For you
have such potential, and
You have so much to gain,
If you do not succeed in life,
You've only you to blame.
The
blessing of acceptance, just
To be the one you are,
To live the life God gave to you,
And reach for your own star.
