I Know My Creator

Now, there are some so fortunate,
To know a movie star,
While some may know a wealthy man,
Who drives a fancy car.

Still others may be happier,
To have just one good friend,
A friend who listens to their pain,
And doesn't just pretend.

But I am blessed to know the One,
Who made the universe,
The One who made the galaxies,
And watched the stars disperse.

The Alpha and Omega, the
Beginning and the End,
The Son of God Omnipotent,
For He is my good Friend.

He came to save the sinner, and
He moved into my heart,
And since the day He rescued me,
We've never been apart.

I'm friends with my Creator, and
He said to call Him Dad,
And now I am His child, and He's
The Friend I never had.

Then, one day I'll see Heaven, for
I know whom I've believed,
He offered me the gift of life,
And asked me to receive.

He offers this same gift to you,
So you can make the choice,
Accept this gift from God above,
And in His love rejoice.
