Dead And Gone

Dead and gone, dead and gone,
All my dreams are dead and gone,
Left the day you said goodbye,
All my dreams are dead and gone.

You're the queen and I'm the pawn,
All my joy is dead and gone,
You have left me here to cry,
All my joy is dead and gone.

Only darkness, never dawn,
All my light is dead and gone,
Now I sit here asking why,
All my light is dead and gone.

I'm becoming so withdrawn,
Life outside is dead and gone,
I am feeling small and shy,
Life outside is dead and gone.

No one to depend upon,
Now my life is dead and gone,
Waiting for the day I die,
Now my life is dead and gone.
